《First Monday》是一份由伊利诺伊大学（芝加哥）支持的关于互联网研究的、开放获取的网络学术刊物，不需要注册就可以阅读全部文章（firstmonday.org）.
《First Monday》的文章都经过同行评议，质量很高，重点关注互联网相关的前沿问题。洛基开放文化实验室的核心理念——开源软件、开放性内容、开放科学和开放教育的关联互动——就在该刊物上有充分的研讨（John Willinsky, 10(8)）。我们重新翻译的开源经典，ESR的《大教堂和市集》，最早就是发表在这份刊物上。《First Monday》事实上已经形成了一个互联网前沿的思想库。对于普遍跟风和泡沫化的中文网络界，FM的内容尤其值得当教材来学习。
