The International Open Source Network (IOSN) is a branch of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), promoting the adoption of free/open source software, open standards, and open content for sustainable human development in the Asia-Pacific region.

IOSN led the producing of a series of publications on FOSS and public applications. They will be a good resource for promoting FOSS in China too. So we are trying to generate Chinese versions of these publications here. Anyone is welcome to join in. And please help us promote this effort.
