Chelsea Project
The goal of Chelsea Project is to collaboratively write a free online guide of learning in an internet age. It's about how to best utilize internet resources to educate oneself in various subjects, especially applied computing, open source technologies and Englishing learning.
This project could overlap with an open book on this site, or get on a separate wiki site.
